Proof of Travel
You will need to submit proof of travel plans to expedite a passport. Your proof of departure must show your name and your date of departure from the US.
See below for a list of acceptable proof of travel documents.
- An electronic ticket or email confirmation from an airline
- An airline reservation
- A reservation with a travel agency (may be an online agency)
- A letter from your employer on company letterhead, specifying your need for a passport. Click here for more information and a sample letter.
