If you need sealed-envelope service for applications for New Passports, Minor Passports, and Replacement of Lost, Stolen or Damaged Passports, you can receive it from an agent at the Passport Acceptance Facility in the University of arkansas - student union in Fayetteville, Arkansas. You don't need an appointment for passport service.
