The Passport Acceptance Facility in the Trempealeau county clerk of court in Whitehall, Wisconsin offers a variety of passport services on a first come, first served basis. The most important service is the execution of applications for New Passports, Minor Passports, and Replacement of Lost, Stolen or Damaged Passports. In this process, a Passport Acceptance Agent reviews the application, checks the identity of the applicant, and then seals the application into an envelope that cannot be opened except by Passport Agency personnel.
