Passport services for US citizens are available on a first come, first served basis at the Passport Acceptance Facility at the Stutsman county recorder in Jamestown, North dakota. At this location, Passport Acceptance Agents review applications for New Passports, Minor Passports, and Replacement of Lost, Stolen or Damaged Passports and seal them into official envelopes for processing.
