Travelers applying for New Passports, Minor Passports, and Replacement of Lost, Stolen or Damaged Passports can visit the Passport Acceptance Facility in the Clarke County Recorder's Office in Osceola, IA to have their documents reviewed and sealed into an official envelope for passport processing. This facility also hands out blank passport application forms upon request, and can accept completed applications, which are sent in for passport processing by mail.
